An ultimate choice for the avid BBQ or smoker enthusiast! The brisket is also great cooked low and slow in an oven or slow cooker. We have sizes typically varying from 3-7 lbs, however, sometimes we will have a whole "Packer" brisket at a massive 9+ lbs!
**Briskets are cut in half into a point and a flat, the top or bottom half. If you would like to request a certain cut, please include a note with your order. Requests will be accommodated as long as the cut is in stock, but if not the alternate cut will be sent!
The King of beef cuts! Our Prime Rib Roasts are artisan cut as a 3 or 4 rib roast with the bone cut away and tied back on for ease in cooking and serving. Prime Ribs are cut from the 7-rib section of beef which typically makes up a ribeye steak. Left as a roast it is sure to take center stage at your holiday table!
The Strip Loin Roast is a boneless roast that comes from the short loin, near the tenderloin, and is most typically cut into Strip Steaks. Left as a roast it becomes an elegant centerpiece set to impress your holiday guests!
The chuck tender is a small roast that comes from the chuck shoulder area of the animal. Also known as a "mock tender" because it has a similar look to a tenderloin roast. It is a lean roast that is best when slow cooked.
